As a company, can I use the technology for our own manager force and the Kobra manager network at the same time?
The application works with GPS. When you are at the owner’s home, you can access a “check list” (only when you are at home) and thus record in the system that the check was carried out.
When a payment promise is made with the cardholder, the visit is registered in the application and at that moment an email is sent to the client with all the information about the newly registered payment promise and the way in which payment can be made. Likewise, Kobra will have the bank account numbers of the company corresponding to the credit available so that the information can be provided if required.
When you receive a payment, it is applied and updated in the system so that you can keep track of the accounts you have worked on and recovered.
It is possible to leave a message in case the owner is not found. We are currently working on having an appropriate format that can be left if required. We will notify you when it is available.
Payments for commissions and visits are made weekly every Tuesday. You will receive your payment directly to the account you provide us, for this it is important that your bank details are entered correctly, we suggest you check the interbank CLABE on your bank statement.
